Happiness is We have been customers of what is now Mike Reed Chevrolet for many, many years! That should tell you everything! But, for those who are not currently We have been customers of what is now Mike Reed Chevrolet for many, many years! That should tell you everything! But, for those who are not currently part of the "family," but are thinking about it, I choose to offer the following recommendation.We have bought numerous cars and trucks from them, and have encouraged others (more than we can count) to become satisfied members of the Mike Reed Chevrolet Family. So, on April 28th, it was time for me to bring a new Chevy home-so, of course it came from Mike Reed Chevrolet! Happiness is: 1) Happiness is: calling Mike Reed Chevrolet, speaking with Angela about a specific request to look at a Chevy Traverse LS and LT and having both cars on the lot and at the entrance to the door where I could compare them upon arrival. 2) Happiness is: being welcomed so warmly that one DOES feel like family when she enters the door! We were greeted by name and with a smile and a warm handshake. 3) Happiness is: asking questions about the car and the staff being knowledgeable and finding answers when they don't know! 4) Happiness is: The Mike Reed staff is personable, friendly, intuitive - they seem to KNOW their customers. I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted-they did not push, they appreciated that I had done "my homework," and they were patient and respectful. 5) Happiness is: being able to test drive the car I was purchasing. Mike Reed Chevrolet had to order the car I wanted. We talked to them on Saturday and the car was waiting on me on Monday! I am NOT kidding! 6) Happiness is: efficiency & wonderfulness! Luis Laboy and Doris Lustiano are the king and queen of efficiency! They are both so welcoming, soft-spoken, friendly, enjoyable, and funny! Luis completed most of the detail paperwork on Saturday, so acquiring my new Traverse would be short and sweet on Monday. 7) Happiness is: a great facility; inside and out! While the paperwork was being processed, Luis gave us a tour of Mike Reed Chevrolet, so that when we returned in the future, it would be familiar and comfortable for us. The whole dealership is immaculate! There is an abundance of comfortable, clean, and attractive seating. The bathrooms are clean and private. There is a welcoming waiting area with complimentary coffee, free WIFI, separate waiting rooms for clients with children and those without them! The children's room has a delightful, large chalkboard to allow their youngest clients to be creative during their wait. There is an additional computer equipped area for the adults who may need to work or communicate during their visit. 8) Happiness is: a dependable service department. Luis informed me that Mike Reed Chevrolet has 8 certified technicians (not one or two) and their work area is climate-controlled! 9) Happiness is the experience and future support. The experience was easy, fun, happy, and relaxing. I enjoy my automobiles, but I tend to focus more these days on dependability. I feel like Mike Reed Chevrolet will continue to provide me with great service and any help I will need in the future. That is a nice feeling! Happiness is: Mike Reed Chevrolet! PS: Mike Reed, the owner, doesn't just hold a title - he walks the floors, greets the guests, and even helps the clients figure out how the seats operate in a Traverse! Thanks, Mr. Reed!
