I have been a faithful Piazza service customer for 15 years, having had a 1998 CRV that was maintained in perfect condition for 14 of those years. (It would still be with us had it not been totaled by a years, having had a 1998 CRV that was maintained in perfect condition for 14 of those years. (It would still be with us had it not been totaled by a fallen tree.) My second CRV, bought used (regretfully) from another dealer was discovered by Piazza's service team during inspection to have been in an unreported front end accident . Although my first instinct was to cut and run to a new vehicle, I soon came to my senses turned to Piazza's service team to do the necessary repairs which I knew would run more than $1000. Over the 5 days of repair, communication was excellent, a rental car was made available for a reduced price, and I was consulted every step of the way as more repair issues arose, which only served to build my confidence and trust in the whole organization. The final bill came to just over the original estimate which was, given all that was accomplished, a miracle. I could not have had a better experience. Seriously. More

Mike Piazza Honda was one of three dealerships I went to after extensively researching vehicles I wanted to test drive. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for later that evening; I was intereste after extensively researching vehicles I wanted to test drive. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for later that evening; I was interested in 3 specific vehicles that I'd seen on the website. I was transferred to Marty. I chuckled to myself...Marty? Really? Such a typical used-car-salesman name. Fortunately, neither Marty nor Piazza Honda lived up to that reputation! From the moment we walked in the door everyone at Piazza Honda treated my husband and I with kindness, courtesy and respect. Marty spent 2 hours with us Wednesday night, showed us the vehicles we'd asked about and answered all our questions. He did not try to talk us into anything else or pressure us to make a decision that night. After getting stuck at a "typical" dealership on Thursday, we couldn't wait to get back to Piazza Honda! I called Piazza Friday morning, explained that we were working with Marty...would it be okay for us to come in and test drive one vehicle again even though it was Marty's day off? I was told that would be fine. A couple of hours later, Marty called and offered to meet us that evening. I don't know who gave Marty the heads-up but we were thrilled! We ended up purchasing a 2007 Honda CR-V that evening and couldn't be happier. Our only regret is that we don't need more than one vehicle! I would highly recommend Mike Piazza Honda and will definately buy from them again. More
