I worked with Anthony after going too many other dealerships. I like Anthony the best because I did not feel pressured. I was so upset after spending the day in the other dealership I did not even want to go anywhere else,but I gave it one more shot and went to Piazza and I will never go anywhere else. Anthony took his time with me and made sure I understood everything. He is a very young man but as knowledgeable and professional as anyone else. After he sold me the car he still called me the next day and thanked me. I asked him about getting a remote start put in. He contacted the company,set up an appointment for them to come to my house and even called me the day prior to remind me they were coming. I was just so surprised on how well I was treated.I was really just blown away. Thank you Mike Piazza Honda,if you have more salesman like this you will continue growing. I was shopping for a specific used vehicle (2006 Toyota Sequoia Limited). I received a notice from a search website that a new Sequoia was for sale at this dealership. He inspected the vehicle and replied to me with specifics about the interior and exterior. They also posted initial pictures of the vehicle before it was even detailed. As I lived about 1.5 hours from the dealership, I asked Marty to place a deposit to hold the vehicle so I could travel to see it. The Sequoia was "as described" and I ended up purchasing it. The communication and service from Marty was very good, the sales transaction was smooth, and I would certainly buy another vehicle from Marty and/or Mike Piazza Honda. More

They even followed up with a phone call to see if I had any additional questions. When I arrived, I had the opportunity to work with Robert Holmes. Robert was not only a geuinely nice person, he has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the accord I was trying to buy. It was a very pleasant experience driving with him as he explained all the features so I could understand them and allpy them easily while driving. Their original price was slightly higher than the lowest price I received. I told him about this and they came back with beating the price. They even gave me the highest appraisal for my trade-in as well. Overall, I had an amazing experience that went by quickly at the dealership. To close, I worked with Sandy in financing. She was very helpful with all the additional questions I had and was able to close the deal in much less time then I was used to. Thanks so much Mike Piazza Honda.
