I was very happy to find this dealership. I had been looking for a vehicle for over a month now. I called and spoke with Crystal over the phone about what I was looking for. Everything was priced up front. When we went on our test drive Crystal explained all the features and extras on the car. That was very helpful to me because the car comes with alot of tech gadgets and I really don't know much about tech toys. We were pleased with the vehicle and were ready to purchase after our test drive. They were also able to offer us a lower interest rate then our banks. So we saved even more money. I came to Mike Patton Honda looking for a truck with specific features and was having a difficult time finding one that fit. Crystal and Danny not only found a truck that fit my needs, but fit my budge specific features and was having a difficult time finding one that fit. Crystal and Danny not only found a truck that fit my needs, but fit my budget also. Even after a situation that came up that was out of their control, they fought for me and made sure I was able to get the truck I wanted/ needed. The service and effort of the entire staff to make me happy has definitely assured that I will be a return customer and when my brother returns home from the military, we will come to Danny and Crystal to get him in his first truck. I was looking for a nice used car with low miles for a fair price because my old car had over 200,000 miles on it. I first went to another dealership who wouldn't work with me at all. They were friendly, helpful, and just great! I got a very nice used car within my budget. Kim was awesome!!! The only thing was she played a little game on me and said I wasn't approved when I really was cause she knew i really wanted that car and NEEDED a car. I was so disappointed at first then she was like "Nah I'm just playing you are approved!!!!!!"...LOL.... Payback is coming for that Kim...LOL. I would recommend Mike Patton to anyone that is looking for a car. More

I had been looking for a Honda CR-V. My "hometown" dealership had not been very helpful. I had been there for a test drive, asked for quotes from them and never got them. When I submitted a request to Mike Patton Honda, I got a response from Crystal very quickly and scheduled a time to come to LaGrange to meet with her. I had already taken 3 CR-Vs for test drives and loved them, so I knew that was the vehicle I would eventually purchase and Mike Patton had the exact model I wanted. Crystal even volunteered to bring the vehicle to me (I live about 40 miles from LaGrange) for a test drive before I decided to drive to the dealership. I am glad that I did. Crystal was very helpful. When I got to Mike Patton, she asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. She also gave me information about the dealership and how it was different from most others. She had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready before I got there. I didn't really even have to ask questions about the vehicle before or during the test drive, because she showed me all of the features and explained everything in detail. I didn't expect to purchase it that night, but I did. I liked that there was no haggling involved. James Ruffin did a great job with the financing. I had actually never bought a car from a dealership before and I accidentally walked out with all of James's paperwork. Sorry about that, James! Because I couldn't drive my CR-V home that night, Crystal arranged to have it delivered to me the next day. The delivery drivers were really great and went out of their way to help me. They came to my office, followed me to my house so that I could drop off my old car, and then dropped me back off at work. It really made everything so much more convenient for me. I was impressed with the customer service I got from everyone at Mike Patton. And I sent all the paperwork back to James with the delivery drivers because I'm really happy with my CR-V and I won't be changing my mind about it! More
