I usually cringe at the thought of dealing with car salesman because of the high pressure tactics and the fact most of them are only interested in their commission and customer satisfaction is a distan salesman because of the high pressure tactics and the fact most of them are only interested in their commission and customer satisfaction is a distance second but the folks at Mike Patton in LaGrange were just the opposite. I could tell from talking to Brian Thompson on the phone that was going to be a different expeirince than what I was used to. I got to the dealership and was greeteed by JD Neighbors. JD explained the Patton philosophy of "no haggle" pricing and how the salesmen are not paid on commision and how customer satisfaction is at the top of the list. I was very pleased with the vehicle I had picked (2002 Ford Ranger). It had been detailed and was in great shape, it was obvious that it had been went over carefully and not just washed and had a window sticker thrown on it like some dealers do. JD and Brian worked hard to work out a payment deal that best fit my situation and offered some great advice on how to improve my credit score. The whole experince from start to finish was excellent. The highlight was when they offred to deliver the truck to me at no extra charge so I did`nt have to drive 40 miles back to pick it up. I will definately purchase my next vehicle from MIKE PATTON!!
