My job is in sales. Recently I began to look for an inexpensive gas-saver. In my search I found a VERY low price, Honda Certified Civic at Mike Patton Honda. He secured the vehicle for me with a small deposit, knowing it would be a few days before I could drive down from Atlanta. He updated me often of the certification process of the vehicle, and when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting on me -- clean, gassed and ready to go. I wanted to write this review to let the Patton family know what an exceptional person and employee they have in Kim Parker. The only negative comment I have is the price I got on my trade-in and I know Kim doesn't have anything to do with that. I was disappointed when I saw the HUGE difference in price I was paid and the price (non-negotiable I'm assuming) they are selling the car for. Of course I know car dealers are in business to make money and I am thinking I should have done a little more homework before I traded. However, all that being said, car buying is not at all fun to me and Kim made this dreaded task most pleasant. I hope she is still in the car business when I get ready to do this again because I will go wherever she is. I want to say, too, that I came to Mike Patton spring 2011 looking for a truck for my son and had a terrible experience with a man who really became snippy and rude when I decided not to buy the truck I was looking at and I vowed never to come back.
