I purchased a 06 Buick Lucerne from Mike Patton a year and a half ago and had a WONDERFUL experience then so when I wanted to trade it in and get something to save a litle better on gas I went right back and a half ago and had a WONDERFUL experience then so when I wanted to trade it in and get something to save a litle better on gas I went right back there to see what I could find. I found a 2013 Jeep Compass and I absolutely LOVE IT and the gas it is/and will save me in the future. Kimberly Parker is AWESOME to work with always friendly with a kind smile but also truthful enough to not sugar coat it and put you in something you can't afford or give you false hope. I have sent MULTIPLE customers to her in the past and will continue to do so. Marcus Jefferson is someone I haven't worked with before but has the same attitude and personality that Kimberly has. He listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the Jeep Compass and worked with me thru the whole deal and I appreciate him for the easy and fast process. Bryan Peek as well is someone I have never worked with before and I can say my experience with him has been less than satisfying. He seems to be a nice guy but his personality doesn't show it and I felt as if I was being forced to sign up for a Maintenance Contract that I did not want and I did not get (My choice). He seems to still be learning his job as Finance Manager and as far as I'm concerned he's not ready for this position. So in concluding the Sales Staff I give a 10+ all around for their kind smiles, and friendly personalities and getting the job done. Finance is another story I would give a 3-4, yes I did get my paperwork signed and explained to me but it seems as if the friendliness leaves as soon as you enter his office. More

All of the staff were very helpful and genuinely tried to get me the best deal that they could. It also took MUCH less time because there was no hassle of the back and forth mess that you have to endure at other dealerships. I chatted with Marcus online the night before, set up an appointment with Kimberly the next day, and with Cory's fair trade in value, I bought a new car! They have an excellent staff and I would reccomend them to anyone! More

The sales people have treated us very good. They were very concerned with our being pleased with the purchase of the vehicle. The only down side has been that we brought a brand new vehicle that has a very concerned with our being pleased with the purchase of the vehicle. The only down side has been that we brought a brand new vehicle that has a door that does not close well. We took it to the service department and was told the car needed more miles on it!!! I thought this was crazy to say a car needed more miles on it for the door to close! I told them to put this in writing and they did not want to. In the end, they are ordering us a new lock for the door. We will see how it goes. The good part of this was that our salesman came up to the service department to see if we needed a vehicle as a loaner while our new car was being worked on. I thought I would have to look for him so it really was nice to see him come look for us. More

My father was set on a low price, low milage vehicle. It was veryy cold that day but Kim did not complain at all about being outside with us and helped my dad find the price he wanted. Thank you for being soo helpful and willing to stay outside in the cold with us without complaining. You even made sure he was comfortable in getting the car. I say 5 Stars for personality and 10 Stars for the dealership having someone like her on their team. Dont take my word for it Go see Kim for yourself! More
