Did not do a full inspection! All fluids low, filters are all bad and never got a detail. After over an hour and a half of waiting for my car, I walked to service desk and he said he had a salesman come to get a customer into a rental and he had no choice but to make me wait. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my last repair in their service department. I had a shift cable fail on my car leaving me stuck in park , had to have it towed in and they made the repair an repair in their service department.
