I give mike Murphy service department 5 stars. Even with being short staff due to Covid-19, the service staff was friendly and was willing to work around my schedule to perform the service repairs. I was in for an oil change. Had tires fixed as well. Valve stems replaced. Work took longer than I expected. Availability of parts Was told NAPA parts but were in a kit. We picked up the truck and the tire monitor light was still on. You would think they would find out why it's on and call us with a fix. The power steering is very stiff and when turning corners the steer still on. You would think they would find out why it's on and call us with a fix. The power steering is very stiff and when turning corners the steering wheel jerks. The truck has been sitting for awhile so we did not know to mention it when we dropped it off. It is very noticeable so the person that pulled it to the shop should have noticed and they should have called us to upsell a diagnosis. More
