The work and the people working on my car when I brought were fine. I spoke with someone in the service department about what I needed done when I brought my car in for service. I questioned him about wha were fine. I spoke with someone in the service department about what I needed done when I brought my car in for service. I questioned him about what I would be charged for the replacement of my drivers side headlamp. He kept telling me that he did them all the time and that it would cost about $75 . I had told him that it was a special bulb for my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and that it had to be changed by removing it the old one from the area above the bumper. He kept repeating that it could be done by removing just 3 screws. I made the appointment and again questioned the total price and was given the $75 price quote again. Needless to say that I was not happy with the amount of time it took to do it and the $292 bill I had to pay to have the work done. More

They have worked on vehicle twice in a month for the same noise in the brakes. They did the same thing the second time as the first when they knew it didn’t work.
