Love the car, but it needed a few things done prior to purchase which Mike Murphy Ford did immediately. Anthony showed me the vehicle I was looking at online and also encouraged me to test drive a few other vehicles to get a good feel for what I was really wanting/needing. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle that I really love. When I went to talk with the finance department, however, he had a few things circled on a piece of paper and told me what my options were, not that it was optional, but that I needed to choose one. I was then sold warranties and coverage that I didn't need without knowing what I was signing up for, I assumed this was all included in the purchase price. I told Anthony that I wasn't comfortable spending over a certain amount yet the finance department sold me almost $5,000 worth of warranties and coverage that I didn't need due to the vehicle already being under warranty. It has taken three weeks of emails and phone calls back and forth to the finance dept. to get proof of cancelation that I submitted within 24 hours of purchase. I still have not received all cancelation notices. More
