Spent about 45 minutes at this dealer looking at cars. Several salesmen walked past us and none of them even acknowledged that we were there. At one point two salesmen came out to a car that we were look Several salesmen walked past us and none of them even acknowledged that we were there. Neither one said hello to us, offered to let us get in the car, asked what we were looking at/for, asked if we needed help with anything. Very poor customer service and horrible experience. The worst part is we would actually consider buying a car that we looked at tonight because we loved it, but we are strongly put off by our experience. More

i love the look of the Ford Edge. i have been checking them out for months. when my husband gave me the go-ahead to find one, i looked at all of the local ford dealers online and mike murphy had the best them out for months. when my husband gave me the go-ahead to find one, i looked at all of the local ford dealers online and mike murphy had the best selection and prices. i found a couple i was interested in, asked for help in an email and got a call from nathan very quickly. i went out the following evening and he showed me the one i thought i was interested in, but once i was there it didnt quite have everything i wanted. on our way to check out my 2nd choice we passed and edge that he said had everything we were looking for(low miles and around our price). as soon as i looked at it i loved it. i took it for a drive and was sold. nathan took the time to introduce us to the features on our new edge. i was very comfortable asking questions etc. when it comes time for another vehicle for us , i will definately come back to mike murphy and nathan noyes. Overall a good experience. I think not filling up a new car with gas is pretty skimpy though. Also, the stuff used to make the tires shine flies off at highway speeds and splatters all over the sides of t car with gas is pretty skimpy though.
