My 2001 Ford Focus had been having issues for months until one morning during my morning commute it died 3 times before I was halfway to work. Instead of going in, I called Mike Murphy's Service Depart until one morning during my morning commute it died 3 times before I was halfway to work. Instead of going in, I called Mike Murphy's Service Department and told them the problem. Because it was my only car they said that if I got it in to them they would get it checked out that very day. Talk about service! They gave me a loaner car to use for the day and later on they called with estimates for the repairs. Being an 11 year old car I didn't feel like investing more money into it so I contacted Nathan Noyes who I had dealt with when I originally purchased the vehicle. I met with Nathan and took a new Focus for a test drive. He worked out some paperwork and I went home to think about it. I realized that it wasn't the car I wanted, I was looking for a different option package than the one I had driven. The next day I called Nathan and told him exactly what I was looking for and he said he would look for one. He contacted me later with news that he had located a car the color and with the options that I was looking for. He got the Focus in, I took it for a test drive, and he gave me a price that I thought was fair.
