Excellent service! Very disappointed with the dealerships costumer service, on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it s on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it serviced. When looking to buy a 2020 explorer (NEW) and trade my other in the sales gentleman would not negotiate. He said “When your looking for a big girl car payment come back and see me.” I disappointedly walked away and continued my hunt at other dealerships. After finding what I was looking for at another Ford Dealership I bought my car. The vent rear vent broke a couple months after purchasing. I then called Mike Murphy (where I didn’t purchase my car to have them service the car and order the vent part), in November. It is now almost June and I have yet to get a call for the part or to get it fixed. Yesterday I called because for some reason my trunk wouldn’t release to open. My car is still under warranty. I asked what my options would be as they are VERY busy, 4 weeks out. I completely understand but I travel with my family for sports it’s hard when you can’t use your trunk. I was told by the service department, “ It looks like you didn’t buy your car from us so there is nothing we can do besides wait for an appointment.” Well I tried to buy my car from you, I have ONLY had this car serviced with you ... and yet I’m still treated like the black sheep. Where is the costumer service, I continue to try to spend my hard earned money with your company but am reassured I’m not a priority. More

Great service. Diagnosed problem that was intermittent and causing allot of frustration for me when driving on highway. Provided me a loaner car.
