We told them these sensors were an issue when we had it under warranty but they didn’t see it as an issue until we had to pay for it ourselves. And we understand supply chain issues....waiting for repai under warranty but they didn’t see it as an issue until we had to pay for it ourselves. And we understand supply chain issues....waiting for repair was not a big issue for us, but having to call multiple times to get an update from them is poor customer service on their part. Overall we’ve had better service from them before....but you don’t get a second chance to keep us as satisfied customers.
