I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my vehicle due to them being behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to t behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to the terms submitted by the dealer and they were sending the dealer updated terms. I called the finance manager immediately to find out what the issue was. He had just left for lunch. I called again 2 hours later and was put into his voicemail and left a msg. 24 hours later I still had not received a call back and called again. The lady stated she would have him paged and after paging twice to no response I was again put into his voicemail and left a second msg. This was 1 week ago. I’m still waiting on that call back. Extremely poor customer service. More

I contacted the dealeraship after finding a 2019 Nissan Versa with low miles listed on Auto Trader, and I wanted to trade my 2011 Nissan Versa. When I contacted the dealership on Monday the 23rd I was forw Versa with low miles listed on Auto Trader, and I wanted to trade my 2011 Nissan Versa. When I contacted the dealership on Monday the 23rd I was forwarded to Butch for help. I told him what I was interested in and asked if the 2019 Nissan Versa was still on the lot. He confirmed that it was and we went to work. I took picture of my 2011 Versa and sent to him along with the Vin#. He then had a deal worked up and he forward the info via email and when I opened it up on Tuesday morning it was the wrong Car that I was askiing about. So he scrambled to get the correct information and I informed him that I would plan on driving from Indianapolis on Thursday morning the 26th bright and early. He said that I would have to see about a bank wire for the amount. I checked with my Credit Union on doing so and I had to make an appointment, and I set one up for Wednesday morning the 25th. I informed and continued to communicate all of this with Butch, and I asked him to please check and confirm the mileage on the Car, as that was the major reason for me being interested. He did confirm this and I told him that I may have to call him once I started the process at the Credit Union on the 25th in case there would be any questions based on not doing this before. I informed him after I was done at the Credit Union and told him I was told that it would be transfered by the end of the day. I told him that I would contact him Thursday Morning with an ETA of my arrival. I got up early Thursday morning to start the journey from Indy, and I sent Bruce a message when I was an hour away for an ETA which was going to be around 1000. He responded and told me to ask for Kevin or Mark when I arrive, and I asked that he forward my ETA to them, as at that time I figured he was not going to be there. When I arrived I was greeted by Fred and he took me to Kevin and that is when I got the bad news. The Car that I come to buy and that I had wired the money for was not on the lot and has an Engine problem and was currently being looked at. How in the xxxx does this happen with all of the comunication that I was having with Butch??? Kevin informed me that he was sick and had not been at work since Monday. At that point why would Butch not comunicated this to me and why at that point wouldn't he have just forward what was going on to some one else, instead of waiting until Thursday morning an hour before my arrival. So I just drove 200 miles and 3 hours and this was how I was greeted. I am just dumb founded as to how a Salesman could allow this to happen with all of the comunication that I was having. Maybe being sick played a factor, but if that is the case then why not pass me to some one else??? What a xxxxty situation to have one of your fellow employees clean up your mess? So as bad as this review is in the beginning, it actually gets better. Kevin suggested right away before I leave with a refund pissed off, lets see what else there is on the lot. I am thinking there is no way there is anything with low miles like that around the same price range. He found a 2018 Ford Fiesta with less miles and it even seem to have more features and around the same price. He brought the car around for me to see and I liked it, so he went to work with the Manager on coming up with the same deal which involved giving more money for trade in to make it even as the other deal. Thanks to every one for working out an absolutely horrible situation into a success. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and I got losts of question about being from Indy. Fred and Todd wanted to talk Sports and about the Colts. A+ for Kevin and F- for Butch.... I still do not understand how that could happen? But I am happy with the Car.... More
