My usual Ford dealership is 15 minutes from my house but he didn't have what I wanted. Murphy Ford is 2 hours away and it was worth the drive. Sales rep Fred Graham took great care of me without any kind of he didn't have what I wanted. Murphy Ford is 2 hours away and it was worth the drive. Sales rep Fred Graham took great care of me without any kind of a sales pitch or pressure to buy. I had 3 F150s I wanted to look at...two of them were on the lot. He walked me out to the first one and walked away, telling me to take my time looking it over and he would quickly be available for questions. I knew that I wanted that particular F150 before I left my house and that's the one I bought. It didn't have running boards. I only had to mention it once--Murphy's is installing them AND they will deliver the truck to my house!! More

I don't give many reviews but I will say this I needed a repair on my delivery truck ASAP and they got me in diagnosed and repaired it within 48 Hours service was excellent.
