I spent several hundred dollars there and was a bit disappointed to get my vehicle back with the low tire alert on and my hood Half latched, I had a 15 min interstate drive at around 60 mph... I was disappointed to get my vehicle back with the low tire alert on and my hood Half latched, I had a 15 min interstate drive at around 60 mph... I was pretty disappointed after getting home and seeing that, I dont know if the hood could have popped all the way up... but it was very disturbing thinking there was a possibility it could have. To put air in the tire and make sure the hood was fully latched should not have been a problem....in the future, if I decide to go back I will double check behind the pro's to make sure the job is complete. More

Great service. Got works oil change on 2020 F250. Only wish the truck could be washed. You brace yourself for a bad experience when going to a car dealership but at Mike Murphy Ford it never happened.
