Not happy. Last fall I had a problem with Renee with my Explorer. Because of that I asked not to have her anymore. Last week I called to get a recall done on our 2021 PU that we also bought at Molsteads and was told they would have to put it on the dino, then make an appt. and I was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks to get my car serviced. I took the PU elsewhere and they fixed the problem and also fixed 2 other recalls we have had for 6 months. Bought 2 vehicles here and probably won't anymore. Not happy with Renee and not happy that I have asked not to have her on my vehicles. Also should have had the recalls done many months ago. No one called us about them or seemed to care. More

Anthony was my salesman and he treated me with respect and made me feel like I was his main priority of the day...which I know was very busy for him! Last week I had something go wrong with it, it would not stay running so I called and talked with 2 different gals and ended getting it in same afternoon and fixed in a short amount of time!! I worked with the dealer for 1 1/2 years to get my trailer tire pressure system to work. After multiple trips to the dealer the did get it fixed.
