I had a hospital appointment which didn't take as long as I expected and I was early for my appointment to have my car serviced. I parked outside and went to see if I could get in early. She walked down to t I expected and I was early for my appointment to have my car serviced. I parked outside and went to see if I could get in early. She walked down to the service bay to find out since they didn't answer their phone. A couple of minutes later she came back and said yes. I said I would go get my car. She could see that I am elderly and said she would get the car. After car was completed I used my free car wash. After the machine was done this the air drying, the exit door would not open. I called the Molstead number and told of my problem. One of the shop people came out and opened the door by pushing a switch by the door. Then a young lady came out as I was about to leave and gave my another free car wash. Great Service! Max Handley More

I had an appointment to do 3 recalls on our F150 truck, three hours scheduled. Moldstead Motors only had parts to complete one recall. The parts for the other 2 recalls will not arrive until at least Apr three hours scheduled. Moldstead Motors only had parts to complete one recall. The parts for the other 2 recalls will not arrive until at least April. Not happy about that. More
