Very people friendly and welcoming when first entering the dealership. Service department is very organized. Not happy. Last fall I had a problem with Renee with my Explorer. Because of that I asked not to have her anymore. Everytime I have been in since then I get Last fall I had a problem with Renee with my Explorer. Because of that I asked not to have her anymore. Everytime I have been in since then I get Renee. Last week I called to get a recall done on our 2021 PU that we also bought at Molsteads and was told they would have to put it on the dino, then make an appt. and I was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks to get my car serviced. I took the PU elsewhere and they fixed the problem and also fixed 2 other recalls we have had for 6 months. Bought 2 vehicles here and probably won't anymore. Not happy with Renee and not happy that I have asked not to have her on my vehicles. Also should have had the recalls done many months ago. No one called us about them or seemed to care. More

I had a wonderful experience with your dealership! Anthony was my salesman and he treated me with respect and made me feel like I was his main priority of the day...which I know was very busy for him! He did everything he could to get me into a new-to-me Equinox, which I love!! Last week I had something go wrong with it, it would not stay running so I called and talked with 2 different gals and ended getting it in same afternoon and fixed in a short amount of time!! I am so very grateful for the time and attention they gave me and the car!! I couldn't be happier and I do recommend your business to family and friends! More
