Nice people who I believe aren’t trying to screw anyone over. My experience was unpleasant from start to finish, leaving me with a bad taste and with a loss of confidence in the vehicle I now own. Poor communication between departments. I have brought my purchased vehicle in 2 times since purchasing, both for planned things discussed at purchasing. Both times we asked for other thing I have brought my purchased vehicle in 2 times since purchasing, both for planned things discussed at purchasing. Both times we asked for other things to also be looked at (tire light, slide door not working), both times those other things were not communicated over into the service department correctly and I had to reask because they weren't aware. Not deal breaker situations but frustrating bc we as the customer felt like our concerns weren't taken as actual concerns. Also, in the buying process, I texted negotiations hoping that would make the process quicker and was a little disappointed that it didn't, would be nice if since the numbers are already figured out if the part of sitting at the dealership could be quicker.
