Jeff Buss is always willing to help by answering my questions finding the answer if he don't have it. Jim Molstead knows that I don't like spending time doing paper work so he makes sure he is ready a questions finding the answer if he don't have it. The first part of the transaction was great. They were quick to show me the car, and they were quick to complete the sale and get the car in my hands. I contacted them with a question (via call, They were quick to show me the car, and they were quick to complete the sale and get the car in my hands. I contacted them with a question (via call, text and email to both the sales manager and my sales person) the day after the sale after receiving a “hope we did well communication “ and they never responded. After a week of trying and a final call with and conversation with their admin staff expressing my frustration, I gave up. I was extremely disappointed and consider the post sale ghosting very unprofessional. More
