Over the course of 6 months we checked out multiple hyundai dealers from Iowa and Illinois. Mike Miller Hyundai was far and away the best of the bunch. We were negotiating with a couple of dealers about a 2011 sonata se. They sold us a 2012 sonata se $900 dollars cheaper than their competitors bid on the 2011s. Easy choice. More

The salespeople were not pushy, but gave us time and space to decide what we wanted to do. I purchased a Sorento from Mike Miller. After driving it home I realized I did not like the interior. I called the dealership, explained my dislike and they told me to come back in, they wanted me to be ha home I realized I did not like the interior. I want to thank Ryan and Rodney for their patience and understanding during my situation. This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased through Mike Miller. Hopefully, we will not need another one for about 10 years, but when we do purchase again, we will return to Mike Miller Auto Park. More
My wife and I were interested in a SUV to replace our 11 year old Oldsmobile Alero. As I waited in the car for her to come back I noticed the 2011 Kia Optima in front of me. The more I looked at it, the m year old Oldsmobile Alero. As I waited in the car for her to come back I noticed the 2011 Kia Optima in front of me. The more I looked at it, the more I thought "What about that instead of a SUV"? When my wife finally came back, she opened the car door and said "What do you think of the Optima"? So we test drove both a Sportage and the Optima. After driving both, it was clear which product fit our needs better, and that was the Optima. Great looks, handles well, lots of power and smooth shifting. Great gas mileage as well. After going home to discuss it more and do some reseach about the brand and model (we've always bought domestic brands of vehicles), we came back into the dealership the next weekend and picked the EX version that was on the showroom floor. As we worked with the salesman (Geoff), he shared his great knowledge of the car and brand with us. We let him know we were looking at a Chevy Malibu 2LT as well but frankly after driving it, the only thing I could think of was "This is just an adequate car" compared to the Optima. He got down to negotiating about the price on the Optima, and this was really one of the first times that I felt a salesman was trying to work with me on getting a good price. None of this "I have to go talk to the sales manager" and then coming back to squeeze you for a few more dollars. Long story short, we made a deal for the car. I literally could have saved $4000 if I had bought the Malibu (with incentives, rebates and such), but just felt that all along I would be missing the Optima. We even had the owner, Mike Miller, come over and visit with us on two occasions during our time at the dealership. It was refreshing to have the chance to talk to the "head guy" and came away feeling that he really was interested in our opinions of the service and experiences we were having, and that he was not just 'making an appearance'. All in all, we certainly can and do recommend that interested people take a serious look at the Kia Optima and check out Mike Miller Auto Park the next time you are looking for a vehicle. More

Kept in touch with the salesman, and when Hyundai introduced the Sonata 2.0t, I returned to give it a try. Very impressed. Worked with Mr. Anthony to find the right combination of options and price point, and drove one home. Overall a very good experience. More

I have owned Lexus 3 cars and 2 BMW's and I traded my BMW in for the Gensis and my experience from a sales and service standpoint has been exceptional. Not only was my sales experience excellent the service in for the Gensis and my experience from a sales and service standpoint has been exceptional. Not only was my sales experience excellent the service experience and customer relations has rated higher than any dealer experience in my adult life. I have told all my friends about my experience and 2 of thim have rrecently purchase vehicles because of that. (1-Gensis and 1 Sonata) They are experiencing a high level of satisfaction also and for the first time are happy with a dealership. I am a senior citizen, shopping for a car for the first time in my adult life by myself. With great trepidation I went to several car dealers looking for a car. What a pleasant suprise I had in store. Rodney Rodgers became my salesman and took the time to find out what I really wanted and explained things that I did not know. He suggested cars that he thought met my needs. I bought a Kia Soul and have not had a single regret in buying it. Rod made my buying experience so pleasant and was very honest with me. If you are looking for someone that will truly help you find a car, I recommend Rodney Rodgers to be your salesman. When I had work done to my ar, I found the staff to be friendly and curteous. More
