Seamless process! My dad has worked with Joey in the past so when it was time for us to purchase our first *family* vehicle there was no question whom to call! I reached out to Joey and was pretty specific on what I wanted interior color, exterior color, seat layout, etc. This all took place with ONE phone call- within a month a half he found us everything I had told him in the phone call-all within $2k of our budget! When we went to pick up the SUV we brought our toddler and newborn (because who doesn’t do that?!) but Joey showed us the kid room while we waited for the SUV. It was a very seamless process. I should also mention we live in Parker but I would never buy a car from anyone else- Joey and Longmont Ford are worth the drive!! More

Inconsiderate Jerks I signed up for a test-drive they were advertising all over digital media where they bring a vehicle to you at your home and give you a $50 gift card. I signed up for a test-drive they were advertising all over digital media where they bring a vehicle to you at your home and give you a $50 gift card. Appointment was for 12/4 at 1pm. I came home and waited for him to arrive. And waited. Eventually I called them. He said someone had tried to get ahold of me but was unable. They had my phone # (didn't call or text), my email address (didn't either), and Facebook Messenger (nope, not that either). I rescheduled for 12/7 at 1pm. Went out of my way to make it home before 1pm. Again, NO CALL, NO SHOW! Again, zero contact from them. I wasted 2 hours (minimum) waiting for these inconsiderate jerks. I didn't even bother to call them this time. I later saw the same ad on Facebook, so I commented on it with my story of them standing me up...twice. Four or five others commented with similar stories of being left hanging. One person said they called him and told him traffic was too busy, so if he wanted the test drive and $50 gift card he would have to drive to them at the dealership. So, basically they had a promotion they had little or no interest in honoring. In my opinion that is fraudulent. They owe me a minimum of 2 hours of my life back and two $50 gift cards. I wouldn't deal with this dealership if my life depended on it! I saw the Facebook ad again and wanted to see how many people they stood up. All the negative responses had been deleted. They blocked us all! Nice transparent dealership! SMH. Obviously, they have no need to deal with you, the customer. If this is how they treat customers before the sale, imagine how considerate and attentive they are going to be after the sale? More
