I talked to Steve Formby on the first day of my "research phase" into new trucks, and he took the time to ask me how I would be using the vehicle, and made sure he knew the important details to my purchase. He then spent some time showing me all the options so I was able to narrow my selection down based on my opportunities to sit in, drive, and "experience" each truck. On my second visit, he answered the specific questions that occurred to me after leaving, then left me some space to ponder the decision without pushing me towards purchase.
