Not truthful and no followup I just bought a used 2016 F-150 Pickup. The salesperson seemed nice enough and the deal went fairly smoothly. The salesperson ensured me that the truck had been completely gone through and serviced including an oil change. Once I got back home I double checked the oil and it was very dirty...I then had a local mechanic look and the oil and he also said it had not been changed, I wrote my salesperson and he didn't even bother to write me back. I know he receives my e-mails as we had been communicating via e-mails while working the deal. What a short sighted and crappy way to treat a customer. I am not worried about the money for the oil change but more concerned about ruining my engine and also if he was being honest about the vehicle while working the sale. More
