Poor customer service! I thought I found a vehicle I wanted to buy. I told the salesman Greg my down payment and my pre-apprval he went over to the manager and gave my offer I thought I found a vehicle I wanted to buy. I told the salesman Greg my down payment and my pre-apprval he went over to the manager and gave my offer. Greg came back and said let's do it! I asked Greg if the vehicle had a second fob, He said he would get it. Greg then went back over to ask the manager if he could beat the rate I was pre-approved for. Greg came back and said we can't do the deal. I asked him why? He said we didn't add in taxes. What a joke, Thanks for waisting my time!! More
