He was very factual with his quotes, provided them without trying to lure me to the dealership. He knew the vehicles specs and capabilities. When I did go to meet Steve in person, look at the vehicle, and determine what the "real number" was going to be, I found him to be personable plus his original quote was accurate, remained unchanged thru out the process. Working with Steve far less time consuming and demanded less documentation than the dealers and manufacturer with whom I have 40 yr history. More
