Thank you Longmont Ford I came in to look at a 2016 Mazda CX-9 AWD, when I got there, Steve Formby, the sales associate I worked with, had the car on with the AC running to c I came in to look at a 2016 Mazda CX-9 AWD, when I got there, Steve Formby, the sales associate I worked with, had the car on with the AC running to cool it down for my test drive. They were great and let us test drive alone without then breathing down our backs. From there we decided to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. Steve gathered our information and within about 20 minutes we were signing the deal and were able to drive off the lot. I had been looking at these vehicles for months and have been to several dealerships, I am glad I chose Longmont Ford. I would recommend them! Thank you guys! More

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE IF IT IS BROKE My car Transmission Computer Module quit working. It was on recall but they wouldn't fix it until it broke. Well it broke. Everyone knew that was the problem but it sat on their lot for 5 days before they could take the less than an hour diagnosis to figure that out. Meanwhile they adamantly denied me a loaner car -- they don't do loaners they but they are lying. I got Allen and Chris. They have been less than helpful and now I have to tow my car to another dealership after waiting a week for service and replacement car. They have strung me along and lied to me about how long these things would take. Then they even threatened to have my car towed and impounded! It has been the worst experience of my life and has brought me to tears. More
Rude and awful Nick was very rude to me when I asked about the price of a car. Amazing people and truck! I have been looking for the right truck at the right price for several months in the Springs. When I saw this truck on line I contacted Greg, he immed I have been looking for the right truck at the right price for several months in the Springs. When I saw this truck on line I contacted Greg, he immediately replied and set up a test drive for me. I drove 2 hours to Longmont to see this truck, I am so glad I did. Not only was Greg helpful, kind, respectful he had a sense of humor. I have bought over 10 trucks in the past from a dealer here in the Springs and this was the first time someone walked me through each button in the truck. Greg showed me how to work all the features on my new truck and made sure I understood them so that I could practice them later. He set my phone up with the Ford Pass (which I love) what a great app and downloaded my phone to the truck. Everyone at the dealership so nice and friendly they made me feel like a respected customer and not just another sale. I will gladly drive the 2 hours in the future to buy my next truck and I hope Greg is till there when I do. Thank you for a great experience and a great truck at an unbelievable price! More

The used car manager was involved in our deal, and more than helpful. Financing was quick, friendly and non pressure atmosphere. Then when we needed window tint and clear bra for the front of the Misty Love stepped in and made it easy. All of the personnel we dealt with went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Rich had sold us the truck we traded in 3 years ago, because of him and the used car manager we did not have to go anywhere else and we will return next time. More
They just don't care. They'll slip in an extra $1300 worth of BS fees on top of the agreed purchase price...then say "sorry no one told you about that". They attempted to fix that by accommodating my request to have all the windows tinted, then proceed to tint only the front two. Truck is missing a tire jack, 2nd key, owners manual, and factory head rests from the previous owner and they magically can't get a hold of them to make any of it right. This really gives the impression that they just don't care now that the paperwork is done. The window switch that was supposedly repaired before I picked it up actually wasn't and had a stuck window for a few hours while camping, so that was fun.
