I HAVE EVEN HAD TO CONTACT HER AFTER MY PURCHASE WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND SHE HAS NOT FAILED TO BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THEM. I FIND THIS TO BE VERY REASSURING. JESSICA DIRECTED ME TO CHAS FOR FINANCING. HE SEEMED QUITE PERSONABLE AND VERY THOROUGH. HE EXPLAINED ALL OF THE FINANCING THAT WAS AVAILABLE TO ME ALONG WITH OPTIONAL WARRANTIES AND INSURANCES. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE WARRANTIES. IN THE END, I CHOSE ONLY THE GAP INSURANCE, WHICH MADE SENSE TO ME. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS ON A BUDGET AND THAT I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE MANUFACTURES WARRANTY THAT CAME WITH THE CAR. HE EXPLAINED THE POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES OF MY DECISION BUT WAS NEVER PUSHY WHEN I DECLINED. OVERALL, I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT LONGMONT FORD. JESSICA (AND CHAS) MADE IT A GOOD DAY.
