I worked with Jeremy Breslow on a vehicle I found on line. He was very friendly and helpful. He had The pre-owend Escape ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Upon further checking my husband noti line. He was very friendly and helpful. He had The pre-owend Escape ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Upon further checking my husband noticed what he considered ( as did I) that there was a problem with it and we were no longer interested in it. He still continued his friendly and courteous after receiving this news. When he placed a follow up call with meto see if I had found a vehicle he informed me he had asked the service department to take a look at that Escape. They determined that it had a problem so extensive that the decided to wholesale the vehicle. This was NOT a certified pre-owened or I'm sure they would have found the problem then. More
