We ran into a 'check engine light' issue on our Ford pickup. Longmont Ford was able to sneak us in right away. Their service department was extremely helpful in closing out the issue. While I have not yet dealt with the sale side of the house, I was very impressed with the Service department of Longmont Ford for servicing my 2007 Shelby Mustang. Specifically, Zac Matteson was very pe house, I was very impressed with the Service department of Longmont Ford for servicing my 2007 Shelby Mustang. Specifically, Zac Matteson was very personal and provided excellent follow up with me, and a high degree of "customer touch." I was impressed enough with him to give Ford another look next time I need a new car or truck. More
I thought Ed was great to work with, a little slow to warm up, but very friendly in the end. He was informative, and provided lots of personal anecdotes about his own experiences with certain cars which warm up, but very friendly in the end. Not pushy at all, and very open to us taking some time with our decision. The only note is to watch the signs that speak about the Anti-Theft devices that are installed in the vehicles for $200. I had initially thought this was an optional cost, but at the end, signing the papers, found out that it was a cost that was included with every vehicle. Overall, we wer every pleased with Ed, and this location's flexibility and service mindedness. More

I have a 2010 Infiniti QX56 that had an alignment issue that Infiniti of Denver had stated was within spec. Chris had found out it was out of spec and the rear end was not able to become within spec with that Infiniti of Denver had stated was within spec. Chris had found out it was out of spec and the rear end was not able to become within spec with out a camber kit. I went to Infiniti of Denver and had them warranty the camber kit and re-align. This would be the second time Infiniti screwed up the alignment(but hey I got the camber kit). I brought it back to Chris and had him fit the alignment with the new camber kit and now it drives straight and true. Chris also re-balanced my tires as Infiniti couldn't even get that right. I love the QX56 but Longmont Ford is my service center because they are the best. More
