Our overall experience was very pleasant. My son needed a car and found the one we purchased on line at your facility. He and a friend drove up to take a first hand look and to test drive. I was looking for a new truck and had visited a few dealerships without being successful. We took the truck for a test drive and I said simply "OK, I like this one, let's see how the numbers work out". Steve and the staff had at least 9 options to pick from. We discussed ALL the options, reviewing pros and cons of each one. After picking the one I felt best the rest of the tranaction went very smoothly.
