I had been contacted by Renaldo after I had looked at several vehicles online and I called him back several days lat especially from Renaldo Leonard. I had been contacted by Renaldo after I had looked at several vehicles online and I called him back several days later regarding a used vehicle that was listed online at their sister Ford dealership in Denver. Renaldo was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in working with me; he didn't push me into a sale of a new car or the used car I was interested but answered my questions in a very professional manner which I appreciated very much. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the experience I had in buying my used Focus and would recommend him. He even went out of his way to follow me to the Hertz rental where I needed to drop off my rental car so I could drive the used vehicle home after purchase Again..thanks Renaldo!!! This place was great. The car was kind of dirty when I bought it, and they took 2 days to clean it and make it smell nice. Vico emails me with updates and other things that the dealership is doing. An overall decent experience. I wanted this vehicle no matter what, and I left with it in the end so that's all that matters. Joey was very nice but did seem inexperienced and nervous. He frequently left me sitting at his desk for extended periods of time without so much as letting me know what he was doing, where he was going, or when he'd be back. I had no idea what was going on and at one point I considered getting up to leave. Apparently he was dealing with the application & finance approvals, which would have been nice to know. The finance guy Josh was nice, but made me feel like I was very low on his list or priorities. It was clear his time was much more valuable than mine. Again, not a bad experience overall, but I won't be running back here next time I'm in the market for a car. More

Sean was great and worked really hard get us into something that fit our taste and budget, but we were there a good part of the day (good thing we decided to take our kids out of school for the day)a something that fit our taste and budget, but we were there a good part of the day (good thing we decided to take our kids out of school for the day)and the Durango wasn't detailed when we test drove it which was not a problem, when we decided that it was the car for us they were supposed to have it detailed, when I got in it to leave after everything was said and done all the trash was still in and it wasn't vacuumed or anything they never touched the inside other than to put the mats back where they went all they did was wash the outside. The Durango is in great shape for the year drives great but the tires are almost bald and I asked them about that and I was told that they checked the tread and they were fine, came to find out the tires are two years old. I'm not trying to nit-pick but after putting so much money down it's going to a little bit before we can put tires on it hopefully they will last long enough for us to be able to do that. Seriously is it too much trouble to clean out or put tires on a car before you sell it ? More
