Buyer Beware!! I bought a VW Passat and like any used car there may be a couple items needing attention. Check engine light was on, said they would fix it. Front tires were worn past the useful life, said they would fix it. I had left the car with them for 4 days to take care of the items needing attention. Tires were replaced, but when I went to pick it up they stated that they had to order a visor for it. Great, order it up and I will stop back by to install it. I didn't even get pulled out of the driveway before the check engine light came back on. I turned around and they put me in a rental so they could look into it. Two days later come to find out all they did was reset the check engine light the two day prior. There was some sensor that was replaced but they never did get me the report as to what was wrong. Fast forward a month and the visor finally came in. I made two different appointments to get it done as the wrong one was ordered the first time. FINALLY get the new (Used) visor in. The light for the mirror doesn't work and the caps that cover the headliner screws were missing. I make a call to Mr. Brent Danner to see if I can get it fixed. He states "I'm done with that car, I wasn't even going to replace the visor I was just going to put double stick tape on it and send it out the door." Which this all makes sense now that they didn't "Fix" the check engine light, rather just reset it. Oh, I forgot to mention the part about waiting for the gentleman doing the paperwork to talk to another salesman for 45+ minutes while I waited. My paperwork and documentation was the only one he had to do at the time, but he sat there talking away the night while my family waited at home for me to have dinner. Did not appreciate the lack of respect for customers time. In my opinion: Be cautious and thorough with ANY purchase from there. I had a friend with a similiar experience 2 months after my ordeal. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE CAR PURCHASED A USED 2012 HYUNDAI LAST WEEK, THE ENGINE HAD A SLIGHT VIBRATION, WAS TOLD BY THE SALES PERSON AND IN WRITING THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN HAD INSP PURCHASED A USED 2012 HYUNDAI LAST WEEK, THE ENGINE HAD A SLIGHT VIBRATION, WAS TOLD BY THE SALES PERSON AND IN WRITING THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN HAD INSPECTED THE CAR AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS, IT MIGHT NEED AN ADJSUTMENT AND THAT IF NOT COVERED BY HYUNDAI FACTORY WARRANTY THEY WOULD TAKE THE CAR BACK. THE CAR IN FACT NEEDS A COMPLETE NEW ENGINE, HYUNDAI WILL ONLY REPLACE WITH A USED ENGINE. SALES MANAGER WILL NOT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CALL ME BACK. HIS RESPONSE VIA EMAIL SINCE NO ONE THERE ANSWERS THE PHONE WAS: "we are not unwinding the deal, we are in line with our agreement" APPARENTLY ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY THERE IS NO INTEREST IN SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER More

I am very busy so I trusted that every thing would be as discused and didn't pay attention to the paperwork. A month later when getting ready to go to the bank I looked over the paperwork and realized they charged me an extra $1,500 for the car. So as I said they have good prices just watch out and don't be taken advantage of. More

From the initial phone call to the time I left in my truck, I felt taken care of by the team at Longmont Ford. Sean Queen was our salesman and we were nothing but happy with the experience. I must say truck, I felt taken care of by the team at Longmont Ford. Sean Queen was our salesman and we were nothing but happy with the experience. I must say that we bagan the process with Gary Lapuma and I feel the same about him. Gary was able to work with us in finding our new truck and laying out the initial financing. Sean took it from there. Sean has good values, explained everything to us, helped us with our selection of the right truck for us, and put in extra time for us. We felt like OUR needs were addressed. So many used car transactions it feels like it is the dealership or salesman's needs being taken care of. NOT the case at Longmont Ford working with Sean. THANK YOU LONGMONT FORD!!! More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! On february 8th 2014 my fiance and i purchased a car from Gene, and Greg was the finance guy. First we came in and we wanted our payment to be under 3 On february 8th 2014 my fiance and i purchased a car from Gene, and Greg was the finance guy. First we came in and we wanted our payment to be under 300 dollars a month. Once Gene and Greg ran our credit score they decided that we could not get qualified for the initial car that we wanted without a higher down payment. WE GAVE $1000 down payment. They talked us into looking into a higher priced car, so we decided to go with a 2007 Jeep Cherokee. According to Gene and the Car Fax report everything was ok with the vehicle. THE FORD MECHANICS DO A THOROUGH DIAGNOSTICS on every vehicle that is sold. THEY SPEND HOURS DOING THIS!!!. When we signed the paperwork for the car the payments were $380 a month. We were assured that everything was approved. A week later Greg contacts us to resign the paperwork because they found a better loan. The loans goes up to $420 a month. Another week goes by and Greg calls again and says that he has another loan because the initial one did not go through. 3 weeks later and the car payment goes up to $432 a month!! At that point we have had the car for 3-4 weeks, we had no choice but to keep the car because the other one that we had replaced this car with we had to sell!! On 3/27/2014 the car just stopped driving. I was going 45mph and the car stalled turned itself off in the middle of traffic and the wheel locked. When we contacted Gene he stated that he could not help up since we didnt purchase any warranty. WE COULDNT AFFORD WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY CHANGED OUR TERMS 3 TIMES. Now the vehicle has issues with the PCM that was replaced by the former owner, which was never disclosed with us. We are $500+ into car repair costs and nobody wants to speak to us. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR FOR YOU TO SIGN THE PAPERS AND DRIVE OFF THE LOT. More
This was my first time buying a car and wanted to make sure I found the salesperson and the car I would like that fit my budget. Here is some of the places i remember going to but not all Toyota, Honda, Hyndai, Subaru, two Kia locations, Omera Ford and Sill Terhar Ford, but none of the places were as good as Ford in Longmont. I went over to Ford and nobody came running out trying to pressure me into buying a car that day or the price would change. The salesperson at Ford, Joseph saw us after I did a little bit of looking around and asked if he could help us. He showed us a car that I really liked but because this was my first time experience I wanted to check out a lot of places and make sure Ford is what I wanted. Omera employees jumped all over my family to buy a car that day and that they could beat any price that any other ford had. Once some of the salesmen noticed that I was buying a car under 25K some of them left us alone. The Salesperson that stayed to help us at Omera couldn't find one Ford Focus with a sunroof and thought maybe they don't make Ford Focus with the option of a sunroof. After seeing how little they knew about the car I left and went to some other places. When I got to Sill Terhar Ford nobody came running out which was nice but the salesperson said he would get me a really good deal on a 2013 Focus with everything I wanted plus more, but then when he came back with how much he wanted it was almost the same price as a 2014. I called Joe to see how much he would be able to sell the 2013 ford car and he thought I was crazy for looking at a 2013 when the incentives for 2014 are better. Joe said he had a 2014 with all the functions of the 2013 car so we went to check it out. Joe sent a text to me telling me how great my family was, which NO other salesperson said anything similar, which was very heart touching for us. When we got to the Ford in Longmont Joe showed my familyt the 2014 and I loved the car but Kia was cheaper and had everything the Ford had. However, Kia did not have Joseph and buying from a salesperson that my entire family loves, honest, reliable, and a very down to earth guy means a lot. I bought a Ford Focus 2014 from Joe and besides the car going in the shop for minor fixes 3 times in 2 weeks I love my car and the salesperson. More
