I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want. He gave me time, space and freedom to make my own decisions, which is very important when it comes to purchase a car. Ray was able to get someone to pick me up in Boulder (a 25 minute drive) so that I could pick up the car, since I couldn't find anyone to drop me off at the dealership. He has also been great when it comes to post-sales. I mentioned an issue with the car that I was concerned about, and he contacted me at least 5 times to follow up to make sure I was taken care of. Ray Farrell-The best sales experience ever I had totaled my car and spent time shopping on line for a new car. I called Longmont Ford less than an hour before closing.
