I do not have good credit so it was really hard for me to find something that worked well with my income and that would not break the bank. Many places I went really seemed to be more concerned with the numbers, instead of the actual person that number represents. I was given Andy's number by a friend and gave him a call. Immediately I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and how easy it was to talk to him. I set up an appointment to go in and find something that worked for me. They were able to find me a car above and beyond my expectations and work with me on the finance options. I know it was not easy getting me approved and I could tell that they were really helping me out and it took some work to do so. Andy and Greg are both great guys and I would advise anyone that wants a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere to go here and talk to them. If you could put a price on customer service these guys would be top dollar and I will exclusively use and advise this dealership to anyone I know. Really cannot say enough to thank you guys!!! More

Lemon of a car I purchased a 2000 Buick Lasabre which I had seen on the internet for sell from Longmont Ford. Paid $4750.00 . The car has been nothing but a nightma I purchased a 2000 Buick Lasabre which I had seen on the internet for sell from Longmont Ford. Paid $4750.00 . The car has been nothing but a nightmare. I've had to replace transmission, water pump, fuel filter, harmonic balancer, ignition module, crankshaft positioning sensor, cam shaft positioning sensor and wiring harness,. Had to have the a/c system bled and charged. With a recommendation of get the power steering rack and pinion, wheel alignment and cold start misfires diagnosis by the Buick dealer. After putting more money into it then i paid for it and it still being broke down. I contacted Longmont Ford via customer service, via there website and via email and have not received not even one return call email or phone call. I think there customer service is awful. You would think they would have some type of inspection and points check on the used vehicles they sale. I hope to never never do business with them again. Very dis satisfied! More
