Horrible customer service!!!! This dealership sold me a product that was not even available for the vehicle I purchased, then they didn't want to help get it fixed. I called multiple times without any response from the dealership. It has now been over a month dealing with them and I still cannot get everything fixed. A credit was supposed to be issued three weeks ago and ....nothing!!!! Even the young receptionist told me she "wasn't customer service" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LONGMONT FORD!!!!! More

Low-intensity buying experience I've been through some high-intensity negotiating/buying sessions over the years, and it's way better at Longmont Ford. They have embraced the internet as a primary first contact with buyers, and they're doing it the right way from start to finish. I contacted Elya Hull through the website chat feature, and she was great through the whole process. She answered questions and found a couple of trucks for me to look at, but never went high-pressure to get me in the door. When I decided to come in and look, I liked setting an appointment and having her waiting and ready, with the units I wanted to look at staged right outside the front door. We went back and forth a few times in the negotiation process, but it was friendly and low key. I don't think I got a screamin' deal, but I do think it was a fair deal to both sides. The finance process was low-key as well -- Chas offered add-ons (extended warranty, etc.), but gently and with no pressure. I appreciate that. My new truck was ready at the appointed hour, and Elya patiently walked me through the unfamiliar technology, such that I drove away feeling entirely comfortable. Longmont Ford is a class act; this is my second truck purchase from them, and I see no reason to go anywhere else when it's time for number three. More

We set up an appointment and met up for a test drive. We loved the car right away! There were a couple of things I asked Ray about and he said they'd take care of them for me. The extra work and effort was much appreciated. Ray was very easy to deal with and I never felt any pressure from him.
