I called the Longmont Service Team for help after my keys were stollen as they've been amazing to work with since buying my "MiniRed" EcoSport in 2020 at the same dealership. The woman I spoke to immediatel were stollen as they've been amazing to work with since buying my "MiniRed" EcoSport in 2020 at the same dealership. The woman I spoke to immediately transferred me to the Service Manager Steve. While he went to the parts department personally to see if my fob and key were in stock; I waited with bated breath, fully anticipating a 2 week delivery delay. To my Surprise; Steve not only found the part but managed the schedule to get my "MiniRed" in that afternoon and as I thankfully had a spare key everything worked out beautifully within a few hours and I drove home once again feeling safe and secure with a new key fob and key reconfigured to my car. This continued Superior Service has been what keeps me coming back to them for maintenance and when it's time to trade my EcoSport; I'll start with them first. They are truly my Super Hero's. Greatly Appreciated. Always there when I need them. Knowledgable, efficient and trustworthy. Worth Every Penny. What more could I ask for? Thank You Longmont Ford Team!!!!!!! <3 Julie More
I purchased a used Tundra from this dealer a year prior to this review. During the negotiations we requested new tires and all TPMS sensors be replaced. This amount was added above the purchase price which to this review. During the negotiations we requested new tires and all TPMS sensors be replaced. This amount was added above the purchase price which was ok. The vehicle had not been through their “Inspection” process yet so we couldn’t leave with the vehicle. This was also ok as we were going to out of town for a week anyway. During that week they were to do the inspection, tires and windshield. Upon our return it was still not ready for pick up. Which we were still ok with. After 2 weeks we could pick it up but had to bring it back in later to get the windshield done. Not convenient but ok. Upon picking it up the tire light was illuminated. Was advised that a Toyota dealer would have to relearn the TPMS sensors as they didn’t have the proper tooling. Was not happy about this but OK I bought a Toyota from a Ford dealer. After about 6 weeks of normal driving started hearing noise from the rear brakes and found they were worn out. Thought they would have found the worn brakes during their “Inspection” and taken care of them. Guess not. I already had enough of dealing with them. Back to the TPMS situation. I am not a rich person so I reluctantly took the truck to a Toyota dealer. They advised that there are no TPMS sensors in our wheels. I feel I got taken by this Ford dealer and felt they didn’t manage getting the vehicle ready for delivery well. I would advise caution if you choose to do business with Maroone Ford. More

Brent navigated me through the process and my Maverick showed up in January, quite a bit earlier than I expected.
