We came in at 7pm. We had already looked on line and their prices couldn't be better. We drove the truck we were interested in. Got a incredible deal on our trade in and away we went. Because we showed up only 1 hour before closing, I didn't expect they could get the deal done. They stayed after hours and we left with our new pre owned certified F150 truck. What a deal...No hidden stuff like other dealers, no let me check with my manager. Just an excellent fair deal. Thanks Longmont Ford!!! More

A Subie at a Ford Dealer I had been looking for a Subaru Legacy that fit my [many] particular stipulations - ANYWHERE inside the four walls of CO and beyond - and finally foun I had been looking for a Subaru Legacy that fit my [many] particular stipulations - ANYWHERE inside the four walls of CO and beyond - and finally found one up at the Longmont Ford dealership, via the internet. I had called and spoken to Elya because I had some questions regarding condition of the Subie I had seen listed. Honestly, I was semi skeptical at first that I was going to get the run-around of "Yeah, she looks great, come check it out!", me not like it (which happened at a LOT of dealers), then they'd try to sell me a Ford... because I live about an hour from this dealership, and I wasn't calling about a Ford. She noted my concerns (which again, were pretty specific being that I had seen what was for sale out there), and informed me that she would go check out the car and call me back. When she did, she didn't try to sugar-coat anything; she was honest, period. Although the vehicle was in great condition, I decided to pass on looking at it because it was about an hour away... but it kept popping back up while I continued my search. A few days later, I called and spoke to Elya again, and agreed to at least go look at the car. I had the pleasure of finally meeting Elya face-to-face and thankfully I did, as my EXTENSIVE search was over! She didn't care that I wasn't there to purchase a Ford, she wasn't there to hard-sell me the Subie, she was there to make sure my experience at Longmont Ford was a pleasurable one. Once it was said and done, she had committed many hours to my search and purchase (including pulling a 12+ hour shift, waiting on me to get back to the dealership, which did NOT mind a bit, she was there for me and my wife...that was comforting), and I am grateful to her for that! I'm not necessarily a "Ford Guy", but I can assure you that I am an individual that recognizes and holds in high regards, "stellar customer service" and "honesty"! I found that in this experience; so I can definitely say that although I may not be a 'Ford Guy', I'm certainly a fan of Longmont Ford and their exceptional staff! Elya made our experience one of the best that I have ever had at a dealership, bar none! Thank You Elya! More
