Loyal Customer - the experience is worth the drive! I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. I used to live in Colorado when I made my first purchase from Longmont Ford and they earned a repeat customer. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees I dealt with. There was no pressure, but they provided plenty of assistance when requested. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. There were multiple people purchasing vehicles at the same time and all the employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade. What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck. While I have always been a Ford guy, I am raising four kids to enjoy Ford products and Longmont Ford as a dealership. Two of my kids own the Ford Focus and the Ford Fusion we purchased previously from Longmont. Longmont Ford is building a loyal customer base for the future and I recommend as many people there as well, especially my friends who still live in Colorado. By the way, I reluctantly stopped at a competing dealership in the south metro area, simply because they had a specific truck in stock I was interested in. The experience was so much different and they wouldn't even come close to the posted price on the internet of Longmont Ford, for the exact same vehicle with a different color & one extra option. The MSRP of the Longmont vehicle was more, yet Longmont's upfront price on the internet was $2700 less than the competing dealer would offer me and only only after I went through the typical dealership negotiation process. After I left they called to see if I changed my mind. I told them, "no, I am driving to Longmont Ford to purchase a truck," which I did. I feel guilty for even tempting myself at another dealership, but it provided additional confirmation of the pleasure and uniqueness of the Longmont Ford purchasing experience! Breath of Fresh Air! After getting bad run around from O'Meara Ford, Longmont Ford was a breath of fresh air! From first talking with Ed Trejo on the phone to showing up and not only having the one truck we were looking at but another F150 STX with the additional features I asked Ed to price out. This was great service compared to other dealerships. Within minutes we were out on a test drive! Once the test drive was over he took my keys for my Chevy and started to get it appraised as part of the trade in. There was very little negotiations as they had an upfront price showing all the Ford incentives that were offered and helped get the price I needed for the trade in. No back and forth, no 70's what would it take to get you into this car. Just a straight forward process. We moved into financing with Chaz who made the final steps informative, easy to understand and a stress free experience. More

I worked with Rich, and he spent a lot of time with me talking about the engine and features. I always felt he was being honest with me. Terrible communication from a mismanaged service department The service department here has some major issues. I brought my truck in a couple months ago to get a recall part replaced (vacuum pump on F-150). I b The service department here has some major issues. I brought my truck in a couple months ago to get a recall part replaced (vacuum pump on F-150). I brought it back in today because the same noise started again. Both times I brought my truck in, I was kept 100% in the dark all day. I had to chase down the "service manager" Rick only to have him tell me that my truck had not been touched (this was at 4pm). This happened BOTH times I brought it in. After they held it for two days the first time and wanted to do the same thing the second time, I just went and picked up my truck without having any work done to it. Additionally, the service writer Rick proceeds to blame his technicians today for this, instead of apologizing and taking blame himself and trying to correct the problem somehow. This place is poorly managed and no one seems to know how to communicate - the managers can't communicate with customers and apparently they also don't communicate with their technicians. I will not be giving these guys my business anymore and I would advise you to do the same. I did not believe other reviews about their service department but they truly do not give a xxxx about you. More
