No follow through I was very happy to get the vehicle that I wanted, hence the smile in the photo. The dealership was suppose to have the car detailed for me before I picked it up, which was not done, there was trash in the car and the seats and headliner were still dirty, I picked it up near closing time, so not much I could do about it at that point. I just received a call from the finance manager that they failed to call and get a correct payoff amount for my trade in so now I owe them $315.00, even though they are asking over twice what they gave me as trade in for my old vehicle. Extremely unhappy with this dealership at this point, not professional at all and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of!!! More

Within moments of inquiring on the vehicle we received emails and phone calls from members of the sales team which included all the information of the vehicle as well as other comparable options. The customer service continued once we were there to test drive the vehicle, there was no pressure to buy and Anthony was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even financing the vehicle was a breeze with Rick, he helped us get the extras we wanted on the vehicle while staying within our budget. We are now proud owners of Ruby our new Ford Fusion hybrid. Because of the ability to view pictures and window stickers online, I was already familiar with the vehicle and because I knew the exact equipment con Because of the ability to view pictures and window stickers online, I was already familiar with the vehicle and because I knew the exact equipment configuration I wanted, I knew exactly the truck I wanted to test drive before arriving. During the test drive with my salesman Brent Rogers, he was able to answer all my questions because he was very knowledgeable of the product and understood my needs in a new vehicle. The purchase/trade-in negotiations were very respectful and fair. The contract closing was very thorough and all questions or issues were immediately addressed. Brent Rogers, along with the customer relations manager, Misty Love was very responsive to my concerns and they answered all questions and resolved all issues to my satisfaction. Pre-delivery inspection was scheduled and executed professionally, it was very thorough and not rushed. To date, service after the sale has been great. More
