Disappointed I had an appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation, that didn't seem to matter as I was asked to wait in line and after 5 minutes they fina I had an appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation, that didn't seem to matter as I was asked to wait in line and after 5 minutes they finally came and got my information. I then waited in the lobby for 45 minutes when the vehicle was parked for 15 minutes of the 45. Then when I went to pay, I waited more when no one was behind the counter. The customer service was just poor and if I was staying in town, I would definitely not come back. More

Slowest fast lane ever!! Stopped at "fast lane" for an oil change, greeters didnt even talk to me for 15 minutes, then were extremely rude and told me i had to wait longer. Double Trade In I want to start off that we were very welcomed by everyone that was in the dealership. Greeted with nice smiles and warm words. We then found our sales man Patrick Sedwick, who walked us thru this whole process. We traded in our car and truck to help lower our bills each month. Patrick put us in the most awesome truck ever at what terms we asked for. I really love this dealership. They do not try to commit Fraud, or put your family into something that would only benefit their pockets just to get a sale. We did not feel pressured to buy or sign anything. I say we drove off the car lot a happy family and happy customers. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to come see them first and let them work their magic.
