I brought my 2012 Chevy Impala in for oil change and scheduled maint. The service was outstanding, work was done in a timely manner, customer service aspect was impeccable. I have a 2013 2500 HD Chevy pickup and I was due an oil change. I came across the quick lube line and I was in and out in no time which is why I went there to begin with, not a whole lot of time to sit ar change. I came across the quick lube line and I was in and out in no time which is why I went there to begin with, not a whole lot of time to sit around. The few minutes I was there the parts counter guy answered a few pricing questions, received free hot coffee and a salesman answered questions about the new 14 vette for me. Full, fast friendly service, that's why I go here!!! Thanks to all the personnel that helped me out, though I don't know you're names. More

Tony and Mark are always so good to work with. They are knowledgeable and always treat us right. If they say something needs to be fixed, it does. They don't try to upsell you which is why I come here al knowledgeable and always treat us right. If they say something needs to be fixed, it does. I brought my 1986 Corvette in due to what appeared to be either out of timing or spark plug mis-assignment. Several tests were run and no problem found and no charge. Made an appointment for my wife's Cadillac STS and had the coolant system flushed and a fog light replaced in a timely manner. Just thought the price to replace a bulb was extensive. I bought my Tahoe new in 2004 from Al Serra and have always taken it back for service and maintenance needs. I have always been treated with professionalism and caring. Mark Klever is great and very knowledgeable, Tony Dice has taken over for him as Mark got a well deserved promotion. I have had so much confidence in this dealership that I went back in 2011 and bought a new Camaro, which also goes to Al Serra for all of its needs. Their prices are not out of line with other repair facilities and they have great customer service. Always a great group of people to work with. More
