Evan was AMAZING! I have not been very happy with Chevy in general and made an appointment to get my EV Bolt looked at for a tire rotation and when I showed up I was t I have not been very happy with Chevy in general and made an appointment to get my EV Bolt looked at for a tire rotation and when I showed up I was told I never had an appointment. Evan was able to get me in the next week and was very accommodating and kind. While my vehicle was there Evan kept me updated every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. A part had to be ordered for my vehicle and I had to call to ask about it and Evan was on his way out and he still took my call and answered all my questions. I will for sure go back to him and his service department for any needs for my vehicle for as long as I have it. More
Dealer was responsive to our concerns, 2022 Suburban with 6.2 engine, 17,000 miles and burned 3 quarts within the last 4,000 miles. We requested to file an oil consumption warranty claim which they accepte 6.2 engine, 17,000 miles and burned 3 quarts within the last 4,000 miles. We requested to file an oil consumption warranty claim which they accepted and completed an oil and filter service. The engine was sealed and they advised us to bring it back in 2,000 miles to check the oil level. Travis was our Service Advisor and handled the initial service with professionalism. More

A brand new car I had owned for 13 months. Of that time it was 5 months in for repairs. Same issue, 6 different repair attempts. GM is horrible, Mike Maroone is horrible. Once you buy, just leave and hope nothing ever goes wrong. GM offered me a 'buyback' which was 3k on the car and I keep it as a lemon. I know for a fact that I have talked 6 people out of buying here and avoiding both GM and Volkswagon (they do both), I sent 2 people North to Denver to buy from VW instead.
