I recently Purchased a used vehicle from Mike maroone Chevrolet north location and was having some issues shortly after. the team at Mike maroone told me to bring the truck in and replaced a decent amoun Chevrolet north location and was having some issues shortly after. the team at Mike maroone told me to bring the truck in and replaced a decent amount of things on the truck to try to make things right, even put me in another vehicle to make sure I had something to drive while my truck was at there shop. At the end of everything I made the decision the truck I purchased was not going to work for me and they went above and beyond what any dealership has done for me in the past and found a few other vehicles that might possibly work for my needs. I checked out a few and found one that I liked at another one of Their locations and told them that I would like to check it out. They had another of Their team members go get the vehicle and had it out front at Their location Before I arrived. After driving it I didn’t want to feel like I needed to make a split decision on it, so I asked if I could sleep on it and give them a decision the next day. They had no problem with that and even let me take the new vehicle home with me so the I could have more time with it to help with Making the decision. I decided that this vehicle was more for me and made The process of trading in the other vehicle for the new one very seamless. I would recommend buying from this dealership because they have a Great staff and great management that’s end goal is to make sure you are happy and go above any other dealership’s standards to make it right!!! More
