My wife called Keith Day looking for a specific type of used vehicle to purchase. That vehicle was not initially available but Keith talked to his supervisor and looked for a vehicle which meet our specs. used vehicle to purchase. That vehicle was not initially available but Keith talked to his supervisor and looked for a vehicle which meet our specs. The vehicle was located and purchased. Keith returned our call and we came down late Saturday afternoon. We test drove the vehicle and on Monday closed the deal on very good terms. This is the 4th used vehicle which Keith sold to us and we have always had good results. I would certainly recommend the dealership to friends and relatives. More

At Al Serra Volkswagen, my car buying experience was a positive one from beginning to end. After making contact online, we were contacted the next day to inquire about our needs. When I arrived I was re positive one from beginning to end. After making contact online, we were contacted the next day to inquire about our needs. When I arrived I was referred to Mr. Matthew Hicks as my salesman. Mr. Hicks was both patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to see. Having recently changed jobs my financial position was tight. Mr. Hicks was again patient and never pushy in his offer presentations. and to my surprise, the Sales Manager came to "my" area and talked with me about what would be the best deal for "me". We reached an agreement that was "mutually" beneficial! Unlike the competition, my needs were consulted and taken into consideration to structure a deal that fit "my" needs. Thank you Al Serra for a great car purchasing experience! More
