Questionalble My wife and I were looking to buy a used truck. On a Sunday we found a truck advertised for sale on the internet at Al Sierra Chevrolet North. We went My wife and I were looking to buy a used truck. On a Sunday we found a truck advertised for sale on the internet at Al Sierra Chevrolet North. We went in Monday and was shown the truck and bought it, paid for in full, we did all the paperwork and was given a bill of sale. We were told that we could not take the truck home that day though so they could get it cleaned up and detailed because it was a mess, ok. I contacted our sales person on Tuesday to check the status of our truck and was told we still could not get it because it was traded in to Al Sierra Volkswagen and we bought it from Al Sierra Chevrolet and there was a paperwork snafu. So I contacted them again on Wednesday at which point I was told yet again that I could not get the truck, they were very sorry... I sent our sales person a text... "It is preposterous, I have never paid for something only to have the company deny me the right to take possession of it.". Soon after that text I got a call from a manager named Sean Parker who was rude, talked over me and basically bullied me with information I was not given. As it turns out they did not even have the title to the truck, the previous owners still had it, they were waiting for the title to be sent to them. So basically they sold me a truck they did not own yet. If they would have told me when I went to look at the truck that it was a new trade in and we would have to wait for the title I would have been fine. The sales person we were working with did his best with us, you could tell he knew as much as we did. Our sales person Doug Oursler was excellent, go to him if you go to this dealership, and the price was good on the truck. But the lack of information and the bully tactics of Sean Parker made this a negative experience. More

Do not buy from these Dealer First they tried to sell me a car with a broken bumper that they glued together. After they put in the bumper it was so so uneven it was insulting!!! They thought that because I was a female I would not notice. Also they tricked me financially, they made a deal with a new bank, the deal was not explained to me, also kept the title to one if cars and they claimed they couldn't get a hold of me. Also I trade in one of cars and the next day I asked for it back that I would give them the cash instead and they told me no. Also the car I purchased from them had been on a bad major accident and when I saw the car fax that they printed for me the report had nothing on that. I found out later when I took it to car max. Steve the general manager claims to be a veteran to gain your trust but be careful. The only honest person I dealt with was Ben from parts. I really hate rhis place. More

Best new car purchase experience ever I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the last 35 years including my 9th new car purchase of a Chevrolet Volt from Al Serra Chevrolet. By far this w I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the last 35 years including my 9th new car purchase of a Chevrolet Volt from Al Serra Chevrolet. By far this was the most pleasant new car purchase I have ever made. The entire sales staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had been to 3 other dealerships before visiting Al Serra Chevrolet looking at the Volt and none of the other dealers had a more knowledgeable Volt Saleman than Bill Verosko. We drove 166 miles oneway from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Colorado Springs to make the purchase and won't hesitate to make trip again the next time we are looking for a new Chevrolet. More
Except for a free car, the experience was perfect! I had been looking for a car for about 6 months. It took so long because I didn't know what I wanted. Orion was helpful in describing the variety of SUV/Crossovers on the dealership lot. I loved the used Equinox that I test drove and sent my husband in the next day to take a look at it. I requested Orion NOT call me because I'd been "harassed" with phone calls from other dealers. He was easy to talk to and honored my request, although he asked permission for send a note in the mail. Thank you, Orion. When we returned to do paperwork to see what the payments would be, Orion was not in yet and Jeff stepped in to start the process. How gracious he was to spend the time with us even though Orion was our salesperson. After I refused to purchase the car at the moment, neither Jeff or Orion got frustrated with me. That's a class act. By the end of the day we returned and Paul completed our loan and allowed us to put a large down payment on our credit card--in order to get airline miles with the purchase!! Now we can drive our Equinox to the airport to fly somewhere on vacation. Yabadabado More

He answered all of my questions and walked me through procedures that I was still a little fuzzy on for the many different aspects of vehicle operation. When I asked about a feature that I thought my car had Dylan let me know that he would like to check into it and get back to me. Dylan contacted me two days later via phone and email with the answer to my question. Dylan also was also very helpful when I was in the dealership at a later date by answering additional questions about my vehicle's operation. He walked to the car with me and looked at a problem I was having and gave information on how to help correct it and maintain my vehicle in the future. Thank you Dylan for the extra time and effort! I went to Al serra Volkswagon. I told him my story and the history I had with woodmen nissan. They were more than welcome to help me. The ended up trading in my vehicle and getting me what i exactly needed. They took time to help me. It wasnt just we cant help you goodbye. They got my payments down to budget, into ag great car, better gas milage, warrentys, and insurance. It was great. I love my new Jetta TDI Turbo. It is a great car and the extra things in comes with is always a plus. I have already recommened my neighbor to them and i would for anyone else you is looking for either a new or used vehicle. All I say to this dealership is Thank you and I love my new car!!! More
