Service center a complete rip-off You will not find honesty here. I recently had the airbag light come on in my Silverado. I took it in to Al Serra to see what was wrong. They di You will not find honesty here. I recently had the airbag light come on in my Silverado. I took it in to Al Serra to see what was wrong. They diagnosed that both front end sensor were bad. Total estimate was $824.00. I thought that was a little high so I decided to do some research. I found and purchased OEM parts online for $50 each and it took me, an untrained mechanic, less than 30 minutes to replace both sensors. How on earth can a dealership try to rip someone off like that? If I can get OEM parts and to do it myself for $100 and 30 minutes, how can a dealership with trained mechanics come anywhere near $824? Assuming they would have to pay $100 for the parts, are you telling me it would take them 6-7 hours to do something an untrained person can do in 30 minutes? ABSOLUTELY A CLEAR ATTEMPT TO RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER! CUTOMER BEWARE! You will not find honesty here. I'm all for people making money and saving me time, but why do they have to get greedy and try to rip you off? Rest assured I will never return to a very dishonest Al Serra. Although I am in the market for a new Silverado, I will most definitely go elsewhere for my purchase. More

EVERYONE along the process was very friendly and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Three days after my purchase , Stan called me to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and told me to call if I had any questions. I would highly recommend working with Stan. I know I will again, in the future, for my wife's new car. More
Internet price not honored I found a truck on their website that I wanted and price was perfect. I went in to the dealer and asked if they honored their website prices. I was like ok, I want this truck that was in the showroom for 38k, which was what's on their website. Then they came back san said it was a error. I looked on the sticker and it was 51k. Then they changed it online to 45k. They would not honor the price on the website that they manage. I have the screen shots of the webpage to prove it. It was Al Serra north BTW, More
